Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 11 AMβ11 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (267) 551-3669. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 809 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in Philadelphia and suggests consistent service.
Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The food was okay overall, but I was pretty disappointed. The pizza was extremely oily, and the chicken sandwich barely had any chicken in it basically one small piece, with half the bun empty. Also, the food was served in cardboard takeout boxes even though we were dining in.

Def raw chicken - Well looks like they have ruined this place with cheap ingredients and inexperienced cooks. I used to get this with grilled chicken which they took off the menu it looks like and it was the juicy most tender breast ever no lie Iβve order this sandwich about 50 times. Never again whatever you guys are doing now you should stop! Whoever is the new manager or owner youβll be out of business soon with this quality! Zero accountability here either you should read the reply. They are not advertising the sandwiches anywhere as "CHICKEN THIGHS" Dark meat, is not PINK on the inside from marinating the Thigh, Its undercooked.

If you have celiac disease this is not a safe place to go. Based on my experience and others on find me gluten free, it seems every server has a different idea of whatβs safe and Iβm not even sure if the conversations with the servers make it back to the kitchen or what. I have to give a low review because the server seemed to understand my request, but I called recently to ask about their cross contamination practices and they said their GF pizza is not celiac safe and that it is geared towards a GF βlifestyle.β No separate pans for GF crust but weirdly they DO use a separate cutter for the GF pizza? This was not relayed to me when I ate there. It was my first and last time going because I was glutened. Itβs SO sad for a place to have DELICIOUS gluten free pizza and have no ability to accommodate the people who are trying to eat here safely. If you have celiac you know pizza places are usually not safe so itβs not a surprise per se, just upsetting.

Came here for the Gluten Free pizza and was not disappointed! I got the Margherita pizza on a gluten free crust and it was delicious. (Friends got pizzas on regular crust and were also happy with their choices!) Theyβre also very transparent about all of their potential allergens in the food and offer a QR code on the menu that allows you to see all the major allergens in each of their menu items. Service was friendly and the drinks were very good! Iβll definitely be coming back in the future :)

I tried this place because it was literally right downstairs from the hotel I'm staying in. Had no idea what type of food they served until I got the menu. My girlfriend and I shared a regular size pizza (The Founders) and it was absolutely fantastic! The regular is 6 slices and the large is 10. I wish we had gotten the large but 6 was enough for both of us. The waiter recommended the MVP and I plan on trying that next time I go here. My girlfriend had the 1911 beer. She normally hates beer but she said it was the best beer she ever had. The music they played in the restaurant was nice as well. The restaurant has a real intimate vibe but there's a bar so there's also a more casual feel to it also. There are also little dinosaurs around the restaurant which is pretty interesting. The waiter said this was a result of the founders who didn't have money to decorate so they used toys from around the house and a lot of that has stayed. If you want some great pizza I would recommend this place! I don't have a picture of The Founder because I was quite hungry and the phone did NOT eat first. But I did take a picture of the MVP. We added some meat and it was equally as delicious. Didn't hav
